L'Arrêt by The Grey
A PAUSE, A MOMENT, A MEAL...
Slow down, take a seat, and savor a cuisine that blends the best of American Port City Southern lifestyle and cuisine, with the spirit of a neighborhood French bistro.
Inspired by The Grey in Savannah, the naming of L'Arrêt is a reference to a bus stop and recognizes the ways in which buses and lunch counters figure prominently in the stories that shaped the 20th century American South and the many urban centers across the world whose cultural dynamism bears distinctly Southern influences. L'Arrêt is a meeting place for neighborhood regulars and travelers alike. Partners, Johno Morisano and Chef Mashama Bailey-are expanding their unique brand of welcoming strangers as friends to a city they both deeply love. L'Arrêt pays homage not only to the long and varied histories of the African Diaspora in Paris, but also invites the presence and spirit of new generations of urban dwellers who evoke the continued vitality of the city as a hub for Afro-Atlantic energy and expression.
Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a long meal, take a seat and let every dish tell its story.
Welcome to L'Arrêt. Make yourself at home.
